PRALINE MUFFINS

 1 cup brown sugar

1 cup chopped toasted pecans

½ cup flour

2/3 cup melted butter

2 beaten eggs
 

Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. 

Spray miniature muffin tins with Baker’s Secret. 

Spoon mixture into mini muffin tins. 

Bake for 20 minutes at 350.  (Joan’s oven 16 minutes) 

NOTE:  Do not let muffins cool in tins, as they will stick.  Dump out immediately after taking out of oven, then let cool. 

Makes 24 mini muffins.
